Dr. Fidler is a licensed psychologist and president of Draper Psychological Services located in Draper, Utah. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah and completed his Masters and Doctoral Degrees at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, California. Dr. Fidler taught as a professor at Remington University in San Diego,
teaching Master level courses including Psychological Testing, Psychometrics, Abnormal Psychology, Psychopharmacology,
Introduction to Psychology, Cognition and Emotions and Statistics and Research Methods. He also taught General Education courses
for Associate and Bachelor level students and assisted taught at the Doctoral level.
While in San Diego, CA, Dr. Fidler served as Director of the Transitional Case Management Program for the California Department of
Corrections, and oversaw case management services for 18 prisons throughout California. Dr. Fidler has also worked as a
Psychologist for the Utah Department of Corrections Sex Offender Program and Forensic Unit.
Dr. Fidler has expertise in treating depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, personality disorders, bipolar
disorder, drug and alcohol addiction, pornography addiction, as well as marital and family issues. He has extensive training and
experience in psychological testing and evaluations, as well as educational assessments. Additionally, Dr. Fidler is a NOJOS (Network
on Juveniles Offending Sexually) provider and a Utah Department of Corrections Approved Sex Offender Evaluator. He has extensive
experience in conducting psychosexual evaluations with adult sex offenders, and both sexual behavioral risk assessments and
psychosexual evaluations with adolescent offenders. With many years experience dealing with forensic issues including child
custody, parent time, and court-ordered evaluations, Dr. Fidler currently serves as Chair of the Task Force on Family Forensic Issues
of the Utah Psychological Association.
Dr. Fidler enjoys music, theater, traveling, golf and spending time with his wife and children. As many of his current patients already
know, Dr. Fidler is an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
