Dr. Fidler is NOJOS Certified and a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and the American Psychology-Law Society.   

Dr. Fidler is committed to conducting child custody evaluations to specifically identify the needs of the child(ren), and to assess the abilities of each parent to meet these needs.  Evaluations are performed in a fair, unbiased manner, in which Dr. Fidler will determine the best custody arrangement for the child(ren).  Dr. Fidler offers attorneys quick, yet realistic turn around times, adhering to the courts highest expectations and legal requirements.

Dr. Fidler attends local forums regularly and has attended AFCC child custody training seminars throughout the nation.  He is qualified and competent in custody cases where there are allegations of abuse, including sexual abuse, in cases where either party has a criminal history, or there are allegations of alcohol abuse, illicit drug abuse, or prescription drug abuse.
